You can delete your HAM Embroidery account and its data at any time, from the app or by asking us.
From the app
- Open the HAM Embroidery app and sign in.
- Go to Account and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
Send a deletion request from the email address or mobile number registered on your account to imtiyazshekhani@gmail.com or on WhatsApp to +91 99742 16906. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
- Your account, name, email address, mobile number and password
- Your collections and saved designs
- All app sign-in sessions
- Your access to downloads, including designs and bundles you bought
What is kept
Records of completed orders (order number, date, items and amount) are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. They are no longer linked to an account.
