Buying and downloading a design

1. Find your design. Browse a category from the menu, or enter the design code in the search bar at the top of any page.
2. Check the details. Every product page lists the design code, stitch count, area, colours, height, width and concept, so you can confirm it suits your machine before buying.
3. Create an account. An account is required so that your purchases stay available to you. You can register during checkout.
4. Pay securely. Choose UPI, card or net banking at checkout.
5. Download. Your ZIP is ready immediately after payment — from the confirmation screen, or any time from My Account → Downloads.

What is inside the ZIP

Depending on the design, the archive contains embroidery files in EMB, DST, DHP and/or DHA format, plus a preview image. The formats included are listed on each product page.

Loading a design onto your machine

1. Download the ZIP to your computer and extract it.
2. Copy the file your machine reads — usually DST — onto a USB drive.
3. Insert the USB drive into your embroidery machine and load the design.
4. Always run a test stitch-out on a scrap of similar fabric before starting production.

Re-downloading later

Your purchases stay in your account permanently. Log in and open My Account → Downloads to download any design again. We still recommend keeping your own backup.
