1. Digital Delivery Only
HAM Embroidery sells digital embroidery design files. Nothing is shipped physically, so no courier service, shipping address or delivery charge is involved. There are no shipping fees on any order.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment is confirmed by the payment gateway, the design files become available to download. In the rare case that a payment takes longer to confirm, access is granted automatically once confirmation is received — usually within a few minutes.
3. How to Receive Your Files
After a successful payment you can download your files in two ways:
- From the order confirmation screen shown immediately after checkout;
- From My Account → Downloads, at any time after that.
You must be logged in to the account used for the purchase in order to download.
4. What You Receive
Each purchase delivers a single ZIP archive. Depending on the design, it contains the embroidery files (EMB, DST, DHP and/or DHA) together with a preview image. The formats included are listed on every product page.
5. Re-downloading
Your purchases stay in your account and can be downloaded again whenever you need them. We recommend keeping your own backup of downloaded files as well.
6. Delivery Problems
If your payment has succeeded but the files are not available in your account, contact us at imtiyazshekhani@gmail.com or +91 99742 16906 with your order number. We will restore access promptly.
