Cancellation and Refund Policy

HAM Embroidery sells digital embroidery design files. Because every product is delivered
electronically and becomes usable the instant it is downloaded, all sales are final.
Please read this policy carefully before you place an order.

1. No Returns

Digital files cannot be returned. Once a design has been delivered to your account, it cannot be
“given back”, so we do not accept returns of any kind.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any purchase. This applies regardless of whether you have downloaded the
file yet. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read the product details and accept that
the sale is final.

3. No Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed, because access to the design files is
granted immediately and automatically.

4. No Exchanges

We do not exchange one design for another. If you are unsure whether a design suits your machine,
please check the details on the product page — or contact us — before you buy.

5. Please Check Before You Buy

Every product page shows the design code, stitch count, area, colour count, height, width, concept
and the file formats included. It is your responsibility to confirm these suit your machine before
purchasing. Stitched results also vary with fabric, thread, backing, needle and machine settings, and
such variation is not grounds for a refund.

6. Failed and Duplicate Payments

This section is not a product refund — it covers money that was taken but for which no purchase was
delivered. We will return such amounts in full:

• Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment deducted but no order created — money left your account and no order
  was recorded against it.

Write to imtiyazshekhani@gmail.com with the transaction
reference and the date. We verify with our payment gateway and, where confirmed, the amount is returned
to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 7 working days.

7. Technical Support

If a purchased file will not open or will not load onto your machine, contact us and we will help you
get it working, or supply a corrected file. Support is always available to you — but it does not create
a right to a refund.

8. Lifetime Access

Your purchases remain in your account permanently. You can re-download any design you have bought,
as many times as you need, from My Account → Downloads. There
is no download limit and no expiry date.
